PACKAGE 1
Chicken Breast:
Methods-After slicing the chicken breast, use a little black pepper, starch and light soy sauce, and marinate for 10-15 minutes; then, fry the meat.
Okra Eggs:
How to cook-the okra is boiled in water; the eggs are stirred and fried to form an omelet. Roll the okra into the omelet and cut into sections.
It can be served with a small amount of brown rice, blanched cauliflower, and some fruits.
PACKAGE 2
Shrimp and Asparagus:
Method- A small clove of garlic, smashed into pieces, put a small amount of oil in a pan and stir fry; add shrimp and stir fry, pour a little cooking wine to remove the smell. Finally, add the asparagus, stir fry and season with a little salt. Finally, sprinkle some pepper to get out of the pot~
How to cook-Eggs, okra and corn can be blanched~ Since there is no rice, it is more satisfying with a banana.
PACKAGE 3
Salmon and Asparagus:
How to prepare- Cut the salmon into pieces and mix with a little salt and pepper to taste; the asparagus slices are blanched in water for one minute and removed. Pour a little fried salmon in the pan (a little bit is good, the salmon itself will be oily), then pour in the asparagus, stir fry and season with a little salt and black pepper.
Other ingredients:
How to cook- Eggs, corn and broccoli can be boiled ~ you can mix and match your favorite fruits freely.
PACKAGE 4
Shrimp and Asparagus Pasta:
How to do- Marinate the peeled shrimp in pepper, salt and a small amount of cooking wine for 15-20 minutes. After the water is boiled, add a little salt, add a pinch of spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water to drain. Smash a small clove of garlic, add a small amount of oil to the pan, stir fry, add shrimp and stir fry. Finally, add the spaghetti and asparagus, stir fry and season with a little salt. Finally, sprinkle some pepper to get out of the pot~
Egg shreds:
Method- Stir the eggs, pour them into a preheated pan and fry them into omelets, roll them out of the pan and shred them.

Sandwich:
Method- grilled toast, shredded carrots, spread lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fried 2 poached eggs and spread; remember to fill in the gaps, cut out to look better ~ use plastic wrap Wrap the sandwich and cut it in half to maintain a better shape.
Other ingredients:
Practice- Shrimp can be blanched or less fried/fried until cooked; asparagus can be cooked well.
PACKAGE 6
Purple Sweet Potato:
Method- 2 small purple sweet potatoes (1 large one is enough) steamed.
Kale:
Method- Blanch it or use less oil + crushed garlic to fry.

Tomato scrambled eggs:
Method- 1-2 eggs, 1-2 tomatoes; smashed garlic into the pan and fry until fragrant, then pour the tomatoes and egg mixture and fry until cooked.
Roasted Potatoes:
Method-Peel and dice potatoes, rub olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, and bake them in the oven.
Method- Can be served with whole grains/brown rice.
